Who I Am
I’m Brian Writt, and I spent more than five years as a Senior Account Executive at Successware, working closely with (but not limited to) HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors nationwide.
My time there gave me an in-depth understanding of how service businesses operate, how you grow, and the challenges you face when choosing the right operational tools and partnerships.
It was an experience I value deeply - it shaped how I think, how I serve clients, and how I look at the industry as a whole.
What I Learned
During my tenure at Successware working with contractors, a common theme emerged:
